LSA Coach Training Breakdown

Welcome to the LSA Coaching Team! This step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to get started, stay organized, and deliver exceptional programs for our students.

Step 1: Hiring – Contract, Onboarding, and PUSH Payroll App

  • Review and sign your contract.

  • Complete onboarding documents provided by LSA.

  • Download and set up the PUSH Payroll App to track your hours.

Step 2: Vulnerable Sector Check & Offence Declaration Form

  • Submit your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).

  • Complete the Offence Declaration Form before starting your program.

Step 3: Receive Your Schedule

  • Your weekly schedule will be shared with you.

  • Confirm your assigned days, times, and location.

Step 4: Review Weekly Lesson Plans

  • Access the weekly LSA program lesson plans provided by LSA.

  • Review the content in advance.

  • Make small modifications as needed for your group of students.

Step 5: Provide Your Program Report

  • At the end of each week, submit your program report.

  • Reports should include:

    • Attendance

    • Program highlights

    • Any challenges or feedback
